• Accommodations: Six (6) guest rooms all with private baths. Two (2) rooms have king beds, three (3) rooms have queen beds, and one (1) room has a double bed.

• Open: All year. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

• Reservations: Are recommended in advance. Minimum stay is REQUIRED on weekends and holidays from May 15 - October. 31. No exceptions.

• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks are accepted.

• Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, YOU ARE FULLY OBLIGATED FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we require a seven (7) day notice. Any cancellation less than seven (7) days will be charged the full amount and a $20 cancellation fee applies.

• Guest policies

• NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on the Inn's property, inside or on the premises in deference to everyone's comfort and safety as well as insurance regulations. There will be a charge to your account of $100 per each night's stay to defray costs of extra cleaning if there is any evidence of smoking.
• Sorry, we CANNOT accommodate children under 18 in the main inn or the cottage and pets of any kind - service dogs are permitted.
• For everyone's safety, only registered guests are permitted on the second floor of the main Inn and in the cottage.
• Any one not registered and invited to the guests room - for whatever reason - will be charged $50 to your account.
• There is a lost key charge of $10.00.
• Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who does not respect the guest policies of Pleasant View B&B.

• Full Country Breakfast: Is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.

• Special Events: The Inn is also available to rent for rehearsal dinners, baby or bridal showers, family reunions, surprise parties, meetings, seminars, small parties and weddings of up to 30 people. Arrangements for catered meals can be made based on your needs and price requirements.
